Dhritiman Mukherjee is one of the most respected  Nature ,Wildlife and Conservation photographers from India.  He has got EARTH HERO award from Royal Bank of Scotland for inspiring people towards conservation with his images, also awarded Carl Zeiss Conservation award, Kirloskar Vasundhara Mitra award with many national and International photographic award. He is a field guy. He treks and climbs mountain, flies in the sky, dive in the ocean and under the ice for photographically exploring the natural world. He loves to work on challenging, less-done and endangered subjects. He spends more than 280 days a year in the field and he has been doing this for last 20 years. He worked in all over India and in 35 countries all over the world. He is a well-published photographer. His works are regularly published in BBC Wildlife magazine, BBC Knowledge, National Geographic traveller, Lonely Planet, New York Times, Mint etc. He has been the sole or main contributor for dozens of natural history books. He is one of the the authors of the book "Magical Biodiversity of India" and one of the founders of a nature and wildlife magazine from india called "Saevus". He was one of Jury members of 6th National Award for photography government of India.
